Three rules of the house.

i. Every inquiry is answered. We respond to all initial inquiries by phone or email — quietly, and in order of receipt.
ii. Appointments are required. We require you to have an appointment before coming in to see us.
iii. No exceptions. Those who come to the office without an appointment will not be seen.

To keep the line quiet, our number is revealed only after a brief verification.
